If you are looking for an allergy detection dog, we want to help. To provide prospective owners with more information, here is a guide to the application process.
1. Review the Eligibility Criteria
2. Print and fill out the
“I Need A Dog” application
3. Mail in the application to ADSD.
4. Wait. After review of your application, you will be notified of your acceptance into the program. Once accepted, a registration packet will be sent to you.
5. Confirm. When we receive your registration packet and your initial deposit, a place in the class you selected will be reserved for you (subject to availability). Your final payments must be made by the deadline in order for your place
to be held.
